Outdoor Comfort All Year Round
For this client, we installed a UGS aluminium glazing system with integrated drop-down blinds, creating an outdoor area that can be enclosed for warmth during cooler winter days or evenings and opened up on warmer, sunny days. Designed and engineered in New Zealand for local conditions, the system is built to accommodate blinds and offers a modern, functional solution suitable for both residential and commercial spaces.

Modern Gable Roof Design
This project features a gable roof design, chosen as a modern and more affordable alternative to a traditional conservatory. Its structure allows spans greater than six metres, making it well-suited to larger outdoor areas while maintaining a clean, contemporary look. Using the adaptability of the UGS aluminium glazing system, the roof was designed specifically to suit the space, delivering strength, style, and functionality.

Butterfly Roof for High Wind Zones
In this brief, the client required a structure suited to a very high wind zone while allowing for spans greater than six metres. A butterfly roof design was selected as the ideal alternative to a gable roof, featuring a central gutter that directs water away from the existing house gutter system.
